Not only did she keep her promise to call me on a specific date and time, but she also fulfilled her pledge to resolve my query in an amicable way. As a result of her intervention, I had to revoke my decision to leave Budget Insurance to join another brand. Through her professionalism, I am convinced that there are still people out there who go the extra mile to ensure customer-satisfaction and prevent their companies from losing clients.
