Claims process nightmare

I am having the worst experience with the warranty claims department on the 14/03/2025 The dealer submitted a claim with all documentation and quote for the repair of my vehicle, they come back to us only 3 weeks later asking to add one more detail on the quote the labor rate. The dealer then sends a quote with labour specified as they requested. The another week passes only for them to request another thing on the quote saying they want part numbers. Why was all this information asked in detail from day 1. Seems like a delay tactic because now its almost 4 weeks going in non merry go rounds just to process a claim in the process one doesnt have access to a vehicle
