Claims pay out

About 2 weeks ago the broke in to my place so the assesor came out to my place and we made a list of the items that was ******. Today the assesor returned to me at around 9 am and he told me that the claim will not be aproved as i have not change my adress from the pervious place where i staid no one from budget informed me about that if you moved you have to phone budget and change your adress they also claimed that they send me an email in January that i have never recieved. Then the assesor agguded and said that i may not have had the items that i have claimed for how will he know becuase when i took out the policy from budget on one came out to me to see what items i have in my House they did not even assesed the value of items i have so how can i as a customer claim for soething i never had. Budget i the worse Insurance company that i have ever seen they are quick to take your money but when it come to pay out the clients they always have an issue not to pay you out. I will not leave this matter here i am going to take legal action againt Budget and i will also go to Carte Blance about this because they are a bunch of *****s
