Claims hussle

Good day I am a very and unhappy client at the moment. Started phoning you guys two weeks ago getting different instructions from different individual,from where I stand call center ppl have no clue of what they are doing or saying!check your tapes if you have any. Can someone more senior help me urgently.

My car is at Westgate VW dealers and am expected to pay for Diagnosis and take the car to where I bought it....really.
