lats year in September i was in an accident in midrand where my car was written off. then budget sent an investigator who for some or other reason decided to repudiate my claim citing apparent withholding of information. upon my request to hear the tapes they hen decided to pay out my claim with certain deductions which dont make sense. ie under age and licence duration. of which when i was taking out the cover they took all of this information and explained that due to those facts my premium will be R1800 because i am a high risk. mind you it is for a renualt clio 4. then this year i again insured a vehicle with them and after giving all the information they said the insurance will be R2500 for a renult clio 4 gt line which i paid. two weeks ago i was then hit by another driver who damaged my car and i then reported it to budget after i enquired with a registered clio dealer on what should be done. this time around i received all sorts of bad attitude from the call centre and every single time i got a different response. it ook the while day for them to organise a courtesy car and for the car to be towed. now a week and a half after the accident they still haven't reported on the
