Claims delay due to *********** staff!!
I have made a claim with Budget insurance for the write off of my car . They promised to settle and pay for my claim 2 weeks ago and to date they haven’t paid my claim. When I try calling them, their agents just pick up the call, breathe and hang up after a couple of seconds. They then call back as if to ensure that there is a record of them calling back, and keep quiet and don’t say a word. It is the 31st and I need to make an arrangement with my finance so that I don’t pay for a car I don’t have yet Budget insurance treats this like it’s a joke!! Very disappointed and highly agitated especially because this is such a serious matter and it feels like they are not taking it seriously!!
