CLAIMS DECLINED

I have a Scratch & Dent Policy at Budget Insurance. I submitted claims for tyre and Scratch and Dent which both claims are declined. I reported the matter at their Dispute department no help. After sending pictures of the Scratches they responded saying repairing will cost R9000 and they only pay out R3000 which is what happened in all my claims. I was told to find my own penal beater and submit the quote which I did, they said the Panel Beater is not registered I do not know since when is that Panel Beater not Registered because its the same Panel Beater I have been using in all my claims. They sent me and endless list of Panel beaters I went to the closest one and their quote was R19000.00 I e-mail them the quote requesting them to just pay out the R3000.00 so that I can take my car to the Panel Beater that normally assist me with the R3000.00 that they are paying out. I have been driving my monthly petrol out looking for a panel beater that can fix my car with the R3000 I do not find one all Panel Beaters are quoting way more even the one that assist me with the R3000 told me that Budget is a joke they are only doing me a favor. Its been months now that I've been driving around like a mad person, driving my petrol out. I am driving with a car that have no spare wheel while paying a policy that covers for that. I am paying that policy to make my like at ease for times like this but I am paying for becoming miserable and traumatized.
