Claimed in February still waiting, worst service ever

I claimed in February, Budget does not even try and update me. I ha e to keep calling them asking how far they are. I spoke to kagiso who assured me that he will keep in touch but months later my car is still not fixed. They assigned a 3rd party company for assessment which was done after that when o call them they said they are still waiting, when I called the 3rd party company they said a quotation has been sent to Budget they are waiting on Budget to approve it,till today my car is not fixed. They are so inconsiderate and do not care about client service. This is the worst claiming process ever in the history of insurances, I'm disgusted by how Budget Insurance treats customers.
