Claim taking to long

Im dissapointed with budget insurance i have been paying my premium each month without missing any payment now when it is their time to assist me they are giving me run around My car was involved in a car accident i submitted all necessary documents they informed they will get back to me even now no one updated when am doing my follow up a guy named peter kept on saying he will get back to me Am really not happy i trusted budget but now am thinking otherwise i want my car to be fixed ASAP i need it for my personal important errands now i can not do anything 😒
