After weeks and months calling and awaiting a solution for my enquiry due to incompetence from a agent, I had to writ to hello Peter for a resolution that took less than a week. Just when I was willing to cancel my insurance Ms or Mrs Darshnee came to the rescue for Budget. If it was possible to send direct recommendations I would refer people to her due to her exceptional assistance in my matter.
