Claim rejection

I am so disgusted at Budget I had a claim in 2013 which they decline because of the burglars on the windows and was told that I will only be covered for Fire & Storm, and it was never change from they side back to Standard Cover, before and after that my instalments stayed the same they evens increased the instalment every year. After this claim Chris was Listening to the tapes as he said and my claim was still decline, what this had to do with a claim that was decline a year ago I WILL LIKE TO KNOW, I received an email from him on the 19 May and I quote \ON THE 2ND OF APRIL 2014
