Claim Rejected Again.

Good Day. I have a scratch and dent policy with budget insurance. i have a dent in my left door. R3000 cover on my policy, the budget insurance send me a couple of minutes ago e-mail my claim is rejected. Premium was R99 about 2 years ago, when I claimed abiut a year ago premium went up to R215, and now that I want to claim a smaller scratch and dent, they rejected again for the second time. why do i pay all my premiums every month and why do i have an extra insurance for scratch and dent if i cant claim it. i want all my premiums back if cant claim for my insurance please. policy nr: *** Thanking you in advance Regards Philzeen Prince
