Claim rejected

Budget regected my claim saying I have missed a payment of which my bank accoint doesn't show any record of attempted debit order on the agreed debit order date which is the 5th

And also refused to tow my vehicle from the assessment center to my home saying they can't tow me twice but now this was a different month and which they have already debited the full premium amount on the 5th of Jan
