Claim Rejected
Good Day. I have a scratch and dent policy with budget insurance. i have a dent in my left bumper. their send me to Auto Magic to do a quote 3weeks ago. i have. R3000 cover on my policy, the budget insurance call centre told me if my claim is over R3000 i need to pay the difference in. i phoned them this morning to ask when i can get feedback regarding my claim. they said it wasn't submitted yet 3weeks ago. send me a couple of minutes later a e-mail ny claim is rejected. why do i pay all my premiums every month and why do i have an extra insurance for scratch and dent if i cant claim it. i want all my premiums back if cant claim for my insurance please. policy nr: ********** 41 Claim nr:BUD316313.
