Claim reject

I was involved in an accident, my light was green and the other car drove over the red light right into me. That car drove away but I had a witness who went with me to the police station to make a statement. Budget rejected my claim as I was not registered as the regular driver and even if my name was registered they would only pay R3000 of the R8000 for something that wasn't even my fault. I have been paying insurance for 7years, only claimed twice for a cracked widow and this is how they treat their clients.
