Claim process taking too long

Tjoo budget insurance is tiring like for really i think they should be reported to ombusdman because it is almost month now they keep on making empty promises the worst part nobody is getting back with me they all clueless when you call them you will be transferred from one person to another the way they are so quick to deduct money but slow to deliver am so tired
