claim pending

I was involved in an accident since 26 july 2015 till today i have not received the feedback of if my claim was valid. Am fuming with anger i cant get hold of both people who knows about my case i need my car cause i use it for business. Am giving you guys today and you will be talking to my lawyers your ****** and am really disappointed in your service. God punish you all to get in accident maybe you will understand how we feel now. May all workers of budget rot in hell. Am loosing my business because of you
