Claim payout declined
my wife was driving my car and as she just got her licence in August, she started to use the car to work to save me time to go drop her off and still get to work on time. my wife must involved in an accident when a driver drove into her from the back. Now the insurance company does not want to pay as they say that she was the regular driver of the car and it was stated or changed on the policy.
