Claim outstanding since November

<p>I have Home Contents insurance with budget and i had a break in on the 24 November 2016. IT STILL HASN'T BEEN PAID!!! I've called them 3 times already and all they tell me is that they will email the senior consultant who is dealing with my claim. What kind of company takes this long to pay a claim????</p>
