Claim not resolved and Pass the ******

I put in a claim for a ******* that occurred as my house where both my cars spare keys and keys were robed from me during a ******* that happened on the 18th of February 2015. The claim was summited on the 23 telephonically. I was told an assessor will come out to me during the week an after wards the claim will be resolved and that I must contact him via e-mail if the assessor have not seen me by the Friday. And if I have any Problems I can email him in regards to with questions problem I have. A week Later still no assessor has contacted me with regards to my claim, so I contacted him with regards to my claim.

I was told the assessors was too busy and I must get my own quotations, I told him I'll try but without being able to drive my car could not get a quotation. I notified him in regards with this and also supp**** him with extra information. Then I received an email informing me to the fact that my insurance details is updated and also the claim have been closed.

To me this is the worst service ever by anybody/Insurance company!
