Claim not approved due to their wrong ammendment

I'm very unhappy with mechanical warranty they are using excuses when they have to pay for claim they come up with excuses with no sense I'm really unhappy and I need them to be reported

The funny part the lady who called me today she was so rude and even told me I can take it further with my lawyer she doesn't care so I said to her she must send me and email regarding what she said to me but she hasn't sent to show she afraid that she will get fired I'm really angry 😡 with the service
