Claim logged , third party details given and no feedback received

Never have I ever experienced such horrible customer experience from an insurance before. From the time of my accident and having to call budget for authentication for my car to be towed till this very day I’ve received either lack of service or no service at all. There call centre people laugh over the phone while having a conversation with you while discussing a matter that is not funny at all to you. They don’t apologise for their rudeness and say they will follow up and revert back to you but you are the one that needs to keep wasting your own airtime because of there unprofessionalism. I have received no feedback from budget with regards to the third party claim , even after I was as promised regular feedback. I will never use or refer them to anyone I know. This most horrible insurance companies I’ve ever come across!!!!

This is ridiculous!!!! On Tuesday i go to collect my car from the panelbeater only to find the spray work done on my car is horrible. Im explained that my car went for a quality check yet two people at the panelbeaters could cleary point out the poor paint job done on my car. They advised that i will be called back on when i can collect my car. Its friday! and i am the one yet again to call for a follow up! Than i tell them i want my car and want absolutely nothing to do with Budget or the pathetic panelbeaters they sent my car to and they tell me now im not allowed to have my own car back! How does an insurance have the right to keep a property not belonging to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Budget is truly the worse insurance ive ever had to deal with. Myself , sister and family will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
