Claim for the damaged car in an accident

On the 9th of August 2015 I was involved in a car accident as I was crashed by the car that was running away from metro police and they were giving chase. The other car was at fault and we collided. I contacted the insurance who organised a tow truck from the scene but up to today after registering a claim on the 11th as I was told that they don't work on public holidays (the 10th), I have not have any joy with budget my car is still parked where it was towed and all the time when I call I am told one the and same story \the claim is not finilised"they don't care that I am stuck and running out of time in terms of the cutesycar I took after the accident. They don't consider the delay on their side"
