claim for my sound system

Budget is a ripe of insurance i regret every moment with this company When i insure my car was as ABC but when i have a problem i lay a claim the lady could Narushka she told me that what i was claiming for the sound system is out of warranties so it is no longer covered by them so i ask my self why do i have to cove the components which are on warranty only the reason why i cover my sound system is because of anything can happen so i wanted you to help me but Budget turn to be the worst enemy in times of problem i wont recoment Budget insurance to any one .
