claim finalised in less than a month

On 19/05/2015 I had an accident and I phoned my insurance provider(BUDGET) they organised a break down for my vehicle to be towed to the assessment centre and on the 26 may they phoned to tell me that the car is a write off and they promise to phone me on the 3 june. Yes they did my claim was processed and finalised in less than a month, I am so happy because very soon I will be driving my new machine and for sure I will have to take them as my insurer.
