Claim declined in less than a day

I always hear stories about budget insurance that they do all they can to make sure that they don't pay for the claims, I never thought it's true. I had an incident on the 2nd March and I reported on the 3rd March, on the 4th budget wrote me a letter saying that my claim will not be paid. the reason is that is has been given careful consideration. that's all, case closed.
