Claim declined

My tyre was damaged on 25.06.2015 and I went to Tiger Wheels for repairs or change the tyre. I was informed that I cannot change only one or two tyre on a Range Rover. I need to change four as per requirements of Land Rover. According to Tiger Wheels threads must be the same and I confirmed that with Land Rover Stellenbosch. I gave their numbers to the consultant to confirm with them about the tyres that must have the same thread. He called past three, asking me about the mechanical report he got from Land Rover Stellenbosch. He told me that the claim will be declined because my Compressor is faulty and is the cause of the damage on the wheel. I told him the tyre has a cut outside but he said the tyre was damaged by the compressor. I am so dissapointed with Budget because they only look for more reason to decline. How can a Compressor which is attached and covered on the car damage a tyre? Besides, whats mechanical problem have to do with Budget? I regret canceling Auto & General because I never had any problems like this. I asked the guy to send me email confirming the decline but until today nothing and no communication at all. Auto & General are expensive but service is good.
