Claim Authorization Complain

My claim was finally authorized, but still i am not happy with the amount that was authorized.

I am on Better Drive 1 cover, policy nunber ***.

On Better Drive 1: 1. Claim limit for Engine related claims is R 20 000.00. 2. Claim limit for Braking System(including ABS) is R 4000.00.

There is a clouse that states: 'Any number of failure that occur or are reported simultaneously will be treated as one claim. In this instance the liability will not exceed the amount of the MAJOR component benefit'

So why was my claim authorized at R 4000.00 only, while the total repair cost is above this amount?
