Claim

The only time I get a courtesy of a call is when I use this platform .I submitted a claim last month since then no one from the insurance gave me any call ,instead I get a call from 3rd parties .They tell me my claim has been approved .I don't understand how as an assessment of the damages was never done .How did they determine what the cost of the damages are when they have never even seen the vehicle?
