Reported my tv it’s been two weeks now without a tv and I was told the tv is from mpumalanga and I’m based in Port Elizabeth and the outlet that the tv is from is not even recognized it’s like a second hand short .i don’t understand why a huge insurance company like budget can’t nominate a a provider in Port Elizabeth that is recognized instead of giving me a run around refer me to people that can’t communicate in English. It going be 3rd week on Saturday without a tv but I pay premiums every month which is suppose to give a peace of mind
