Claim

I am so disappointed at budget dent and scratch claims department. I made a claim a month ago,I was then asked to send pictures and I did. Suddenly I received a message saying that my claim is being closed because I did not send my pictures I called to find out why and they said they received my pictures and my claim is with the accessor and they will call me the following week,this is a second week since I have been promised a call.😔😌🙁☹️☹️
