Cheap Skates !!!

I had claim for accident damage to my vehicle took my bakkie to the panel beater that budget insurance appointed they called me 10days later to say my car is ready when got there the tail light was skew and didn't fit properly the paint did not match and only a quarter of the panel was painted I was suppose to accept this I rejected the bakkie I met with assessor, the bakkie is still not right but I must pay full insurance for patch work to be done plus over 5000 excess just to top it off my insurance is hiked by 200 I was never told that budget only pays for patch work not full repairs if I known that I would have gone to another insurance company
