Cheap Insurance but Very Cheap Service!

I submitted my claim online on the 22nd Oct .... it was only finalised on the 19th Nov ( still awaiting the payout as I type this ) - nearly a full month later , for a small cell phone.I have hardly been contacted and was not contacted when promised by Delini - I was promised to be called on a particular monday and was only called that friday! No communication in between and prior to that almost nothing.The service I received was absolutely horrific and your online system is pretty much useless (It's actually a joke in fact because your claims centre did not even know I submitted an online claim , i had to call in a few days later to follow up as there was no update on my online profile and was told they were not aware I submitted a claim) My premiums however are collected on time & are never late.Budget insurance is the worst insurance company in the country.I stay because they are the cheapest , I guess i receive what i pay for.
