CELLPHONE INSURANCE *******

i have a cellphone insurance with Budget insurance which i was initially covered for R6000, which i later increased to be covered for R7000... and it also increased my premium with them, funny how now that i have claimed for my lost phone im being offered the exact same phone which is way much lesser than what i was paying them, i feel like im being ********** because i was told if im being given a voucher its gonna be an amount R3350...they have been good to me on my car insurance but the cellphone story i feel very ******,im not pleased at all.
