Cellphone Insurance added on my policy without my consent, not even my cellphone number that is covered

Good day, I called customer service department , to confirm why they have debit my account with an amount I have not approved, I discovered that cellphone insurance was added on my policy without my consent, the number that is covered is not even my cellphone number. I spoke to Nkosana Maxham, He promised that He will call me back, still no response. I am very concern that my policy was amended without speaking to me and given my consent, I still haven't received my money back that was debit from my account.
