Cellphone Claim Rejected

I submitted my cellphone claim to vodacom, The Boulders and they accepted my device and took it to their repair centre. The phone was assessed issued with the BER report and were ready to issue a device replacement quotation but Budget Insurance through Admin Plus requested for the device to be shipped to Cape Town for their own assessment. I called them and spoke to Abongile Magazi who registered my claim and NEVER ASKED FOR THE DETAILS OF WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PHONE since I thought you would have received my statement from Vodacom. <br> <br> To my surprise, I was told that my claim was rejected due to ******** conduct.
