cellphone claim

I put the claim for my phone on the 16 April 2021 and on the 19 April 2021 I phone them to check if they received my claim they approved that they receive the claim and will continue with a claim and they asked me for receipt of a phone I email to Michelle Rohan with EIM number on the receipt she wanted for ITC number I also email it to her but she does not come back to me with feedback instead I am the one who is phoning budget to find out whats the process on my claim so I will like Hellopeter to assist me on this poor service I get from budget.
