cellphone claim

I am not happy with the service and treatment that I have received from the company. I lodged a claim weeks ago and my demands were still not met but instead I was always being told how the company would get back to me regarding my claim which never happened, resulting in my cancellation of the policy.<br> It is quite disappointing to be a client of the company and also being told that the Claims Department is too busy and will get back to me which also never happened, this was upon the first call I made and I've made several more thereafter which have also not been as fruitful as I thought they would as I still have not been helped with anything that I have requested even upon having sent everything that the company required.<br> I am highly disappointed with the company. Please find the policy number attached to my claim above.<br>
