Careless Insurance

So my mom did a claim with Budget it was declined understandably after they assessed it 2 times now when we got my mom's car only to find out they didn't put back what they took out to check furthermor there are missing items to put back the engine... we call budget we got a reply as we telling the story the consultant drops now we angry we call again, I get a good consultant but whatever Budget systems are, very stupid. I ask for the autobody names so I can make the inquiry myself coz at this point I'm very angry and the consultant said it's abbreviated she doesn't know. Now we stuck with a car missing certain items and can't fix it... was expecting a call from a Shane nothing. it's been such an inconvenience dealing with Budget Insurance, my mom is 60 and she is going through the most. Yhuu I hope if you looking for a review for car insurance don't bother with Budget they don't care about their customers especially the elderly.
