Car will not be towed
I called budget insurance to assist with a tow of my car from one dealership to another due to the dealership being expensive and they refused stating I only have one tow per incident. They assisted with the tow 4 months ago and my car has not moved or been fixed by that dealership so now when I want assistance in getting it to place where it can be fixed at an affordable rate,they refuse. I have never defaulted on payments when I was without my car for months or even cancelled my insurance. This is really bad service and treatment of loyal customers. I want my car towed as I pay insurance
