car was repaired by budget insurance approved panel beaters but not repaired
<p>My vehicle was repaired by approved budget insurance panel beaters but I had endless with their poor workmanship at tekton wynberg, after the forth time I requested my vehicle to be repaired by another one of their approved panel beaters and then they sprayed my bumper a different white and jumped my car cause they got stuck without petrol and messed up my fuse but never told me what really happened and got kia to quote me for a battery and to reset my errors. Issue regarding my bodybwork and handbrake hasn't been resolved from Jan 2016 till today July 2016 work was done by Smith and santos. I have to admit that fatima valley-omar gave me great service , wish I could receive the same service with my repairs be careful where you take you even if they say they "approved"</p>

We do however note according to the information at our disposal that several attempts were made by the assessor to book your vehicle in for rectification work and as per the last communication noted; you would contact the insurer once you went on leave.
We shall ensure that they make the necessary contact with you to ensure that the vehicle can get booked in for the rectification work. We shall also ensure that we convey your kind words to Fatima for the great service rendered.

Thank you for getting back to me, yes I did say I would bring my vehicle for assessment but I seriously have no faith in you the guys you are using for 5 month you had my full attention to have this vehicle repaired . And with all the lies that I received from the company's you deal with I'm actually shocked. When tekton filed my brake pads when they had to replace it. When farber had kia send me a quote of R1500 to replace my battery buy the fault was cause by the company jumping my car and they never told me anything about it. They said they only worked on my bumber but my sunroof was open. Really I would love to know how many other people's cars are being repaired like this and if they don't notice it's
