Car sent for repairs for more than 2 months now
My car was involved in an accident. They sent the car to renew it panel beaters. The accident happened on the 1st November. I got a courtesy car for a month only. The car is still not back because Kia does not have the parts. I m sitting without a car since December and not even a call from Budget. NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL
