Car repair claims

I have placed a claim on the 2nd of August 2018. my claim was approved and informed i will receive a call from consultant, that didnt happen until i had to phone Budget insurance several times. then later my claim was processed and approved. then i was told that i will receive a call from the panel beaters, that also never transpired. then i phone consultants and then i was told that the panel beaters is struggling to get parts and this was on the 20th of August 2018. i was told that i will be given a feedback and they will log a complain against the panel beater and i will receive a call from the consultant. today i phoned(30th of August 2018), i was told, the panel beater just receive a permission to buy new parts as they were not able to get second hand parts. i mean second parts from the insurance and i have also been informed that my car will only be repaired from by the 14th of September 2018. this is most terrible experience i have ever received. i would really like budget to really let me know how true it is that my car was going to be repaired with second hand parts, also let me what is the plan in terms of how do i get to work, because i was told expect time to deliver the is 15 days and so far it seems as i will be staying another 15 days on top of 30 days i have been waiting.
