Car rattling after repairs - Several Complaints

I took my car in for repairs just over a month ago after being in a accident.<br> After over a month waiting for my car to be repaired, I went to collect the car but to my amazement, had a large black scratch all over the left hand side of my vehicle. When I brought it up with the panelbeater, they told me that the car come in that way. When I started my vehicle, it complained about water, so the panelbeater put water in but it just fell right through the car. I also reported a rattling sound when I put the car in reverse. They then required me to bring the car in over the weekend so that they could fix the water bottle and rattling. After taking it back over the weekend, whenever I turn left, my right front wheel (also where the water bottle is located) makes really weird noises, it rattles. I have reported this to Budget Insurance several times now but NO ONE comes back to me. Whatever the problem is, it's causing more damage and is putting my life at risk.<br> <br> Please call me back and sort out this problem! I have already paid the R6k excess!!
