Car Policy Cancellation
<p>on the 2 June 2016, my husband Matthews Phumlani Dladla requested his policy to be cancelled, he spoke to an Agent by the name of Zethu and was given a cancellation reference number: GWH103719. </p> <p> </p> <p>TO OUR SUPRISE A DEBIT ORDER FOR THE FULL AMOUNT WENT OFF HIS ACCOUNT THIS MONTH WHEREAS THE POLICY WAS CANCELLED. PLEASE ADVISE WHY THIS POLICY WAS NOT CANCELLED AND WHY THE DEBIT ORDER FOR THE FULL AMOUNT WENT OFF HIS ACCOUNT. I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD THAT BUDGET ALWAYS ****** ITS CUSTOMERS, I AM SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED THAT YOUR COMPANY STOLE OUR MONEY.</p>

We are in the process of requesting the relevant call in order to determine what was said regarding the policy. Should we find that the request was made to cancel the policy effective end of June; then we shall by all means refund the premium received for the month of July.
