Car not fixed for claim of March 31, 2022

A follow up on my previous review: My car has not been booked for repairs since March 31, 2022. Budget is making empty promises. They told me that Ernest, the assessor will call me by 28th April but he did not. I called today 29th April and they are still telling me about this *********** assessor and that they'll refer my case to a senior AGAIN. Am paying premiums for times of mishaps but now am given a runaround. I need urgent help, it's already a month now. A competent assessor will be a solution to my problem.
