Car Insurance Policy Number: ***

This insurance company is not allowing me to cancel/close my policy, they have ignored all my emails and continue to debit even though I have sent several instructions, and even spoken to them in so called “recorded call”, I even went as far stopped the debit order at the Bank, they over rode that and even blocked me from reversing my premium. Please advise what can be done as I feel the route of lawyers is a-bit exorbitant for a R1K policy. Like who does one contact at Ombudsman etc?
