Car insurance companies can **** you

I took a car insurance with Budget, they told me all their benefits including a 'discount in car service' that is provided by 'budgetbuddys', on the 1st of march i informed budgetbuddys that i will be taking my car for service at Hyundai Nelspruit, they rep**** and said an email was sent to the supplier. when i got to the Hyundai yesterday, they said they did not get anything from budget. when i made a follow up with budgetbuddy it was then that i was told that i should have taken my car to Nelspruit car service and not Hyundai. i requested a refund or the discount since i already paid cash and also sent a prove. to my surprise, they cannot assist me cause i went to another supplier of which i was not told of, there was no communication of some sort.
