CAR Insurance Claim - not paid

The worst experience with car insurance company. Payment will not be made , There are differences between the details of your claim and your contract so which means the contract is null & void. they cancelled the contract whilst we are busy finalizing claim.

They said I was quoted as a person who had comprehensive insurance for 7 years, while I bought my car in 2020 Sept where I joined the comprehensive insurance . As from 2015/2022 Aug few years were confirmed under my partner's name. My argument was all the information provided to them was the true only, I mentioned that before I purchased my car I was driving my partner's car from 2015 to 2020 Sept and he had an insurance cover and I don't have a control of what he does with his policy . the question with the sales guy was based on ( Have you ever claimed before, have you ever been involved in an accident before . Answer was" NO" with explanation). They used that against me and it affected the claim negatively . At our first conversation with Claims officer - she said that I might be re-quoted if ever I was underquoted due to the fact that they taught I had a comprehensive all these years. BUT that never happened

I have been loyal , paying my premiums in time BUT In times of need . they duck and dive . no justice has been done in this case . I hope this will assist others . I will never recommend budget insurance to anyone even my worst enemy
