Budget Insurance is the worst insurance ever, I have submitted my claim 2 weeks ago. Even today the car is not fixed, worse part they don't even communicate I have to call them everyday to check what's happening, they only thing they do is transfer my call to different departments. I am so disappointed with the service, I also asked to speak to management but they refused. Worst insurance ever 😔
